We had a wonderful Leadership Council meeting. We introduced the new Zone Leaders and Sister Leader Trainers. Of course that is always bitter-sweet, that means that our Cambios are right around the corner (this weekend).

President Marler gave a wonderful lesson on Consecration and the importance of living a consecrated life. We are encouraging out missionaries to learn to give their lives to the Savior, and really do all they can to serve with faith and diligence in their callings.

Sister Marler presented the 7 steps of conversion. Thanks to pollster and author, Gary Lawrence, she presented the importance of the different ways in which members of the Church, and missionaries work to help people in their path to conversion. The importance of members and missionaries working together and the roll of the Holy Ghost in the conversion process. Sister Marler gave the presentation in English, a few of the leaders needed translators.
The Assistants talked about indicators and helped the Council to understand better their importance. We council we had together will lead us to being better, more loving and more helpful missionaries.
