Coming and going, coming and going.
Our lives are marked in six weeks increments.
We say good-bye, not knowing if we will see you again,
Hearts full of sadness, and yet joy in a service well rendered.

Live it well, live it for Him.

Another Group Going Home!

Each group of missionaries has its own personality, the interact with each other differently, and they all bring different gifts and talents to the mission.
We met two of these Elders in the MTC,
Our love for all of our missionaries grew, even before our mission
because of their love and respect for us.
Elder Boekweg and Elder Cunningham.

Four served in the office, special friends:
Elder Boekweg, Elder Tway, Elder Diaz and Elder Leavitt.
One served as our nurse, worked in the mission home, and in the office,
serving the entire mission,
Sister Calle.

One, knew our son-in-law Scott, before he even joined the Church,
Elder Oyarzo.

Others brought us:
 joy and laughter: Elder Bramble
wisdom: Sister Oré
memories of home and cookie dough: Elder Dority
maturity: Elder Varrenti
Friendship and great smiles: Elder Chempen & Elder Davis

Two brought us friendship, love, a guiding hand, wisdom of years of service,
and a great love of all of the missionaries in the mission.
Elder y Hermana Padilla

Here is our video tribute to them all.
We love you!

Missionaries who Returned home in November

Just a few more pictures of the missionaries who went home last week.

We enjoyed a wonderful feast together.  Dinner on Sunday night, and then President Marler's famous
Belgium Waffles on Monday morning.
Sister Gonzales with her grandparents…what a treat!

The Pullan Family

Sister Arancibia, Sister Dahua, Sister Skirvin, Sister Flores
Sister Lasike surrounded by family and fiends in the middle row.
And Sister Redd with her family in the back.
We had so many family members, it was awesome!
Elder Leon, Elder Espinosa, Elder Nelson, Sister Watkins, Elder Calvas and Elder Autruima were getting ready to watch the outdoor, giant screen presentation.
Of course we had our family night and talent show…Marler Style.

We had to have time for a little dessert, with all those toppings, Sister Dahua picked plain vanilla…
but look at how much she was enjoying it!

The Evan's family, + a few.

Sister Worlton playing the piano for us.
The Sister's Lasike!

Sister Evans, Sister Boody and Sister Gonzales.

The Gonzales' family

Then of course, there are the last hugs…

We already miss you all!
