Every quarter President Marler has interviews with each of our missionaries. That is 250 missionaries, each sitting down for an individual interview. It is probably one of the presidents favorite things to do. He loves being with the missionaries, hearing of their personal progress and hearing their testimonies of our Savior Jesus Christ.

The mission is divided into Zones, the Zones pretty much have the same boundaries as the Stakes (that is a division of the Church with 6-10 congregations). Each Zone has 2 Zone Leaders, missionaries that have Christ-like leadership qualities, including charity, the ability to teach well, caring for others, etc. There is usually one or two Sister Leaders Trainers that work with and train and care for the sisters in each Zone.

Each Zone has 12-24 missionaries. It takes one day to interview each Zone, and 2 days for some of the biggest Zones. So in one six week period we spend 18 days in interviews.

During the interviews, the Assistants and Sister Marler meet with the missionaries in their companionships and providing, help, insight and training. We will have future blog entries sharing their presentations.
