Christmas for Cajamarca

As we had the missionaries from Cajamarca in the mission home for the
Christmas Concert, we decided to celebrate and early Christmas.
We had a traditional North American Christmas dinner with Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce and Jugo de Maracuyá (OK, maybe not so traditional).

We then had a talent show, to let everyone enjoy the Christmas Spirit.
Sister Harris and Sister Gutierrez give a new meaning to 'hug a tree.'
The Office Elders helped Alicia with all of the clean-up.
One of the joys of working in the office, doing dishes!

I think the Lord sends us very talented missionaries, because he knows we will use their talents to spread the Gospel.
 Time for selfies, of course.
A puppet show with handmade sock puppets, really cute act by Elder, Elder and Elder Jimenez.
Sister Thruston's original Mission Rap...with Elder Coayla, Elder and Sister Bronson.
 Sister Rodriguez sang a song.
Violin duet with one violin!  Now that is talent!
Elder Jensen used his ukulele skills to sing "Hallelujah".
Elder Babbel played a piano solo.

Sister Thruston, Sister Messina and Sister Bronson.
 Elder Bishop.
Sister Harris, our birthday girl, enjoying the Christmas Spirit.
Elder Bishop sang a Christmas Carol for us.
...and Elder Oviatt made his grandmas famous Chocolate Chip bar cookies...a talent enjoyed by everyone.
Sister, Elder Oviatt, Elder Pulsipher, Elder Price, Elder Logan and Sister Messina put on a great act.

Sister Vaughan was the Christmas Tree in the 4 Wisemen Skit by the office staff.
Sister Angell was the little drummer boy, not sure why we don't have a picture of her!

Sister Tonga, after her hula.  President has the moves!
