The Christmas Program in the Plaza de Armas

The missionaries from Chimbote, Casma, Sierra and Casa Granda performed beautifully.  

We all love our annual Christmas Program in the Plaza de Armas

Tonight the Choir was from the Chimbote Peru, Chimbote Buenos Aires, Chimbote Sur, 

Casma, Sierra and Casa Grande Zones.

A Visit from the Bedoya Sisters

We were blessed to have the Bedoya Sisters return to the mission, 

both served here in the Trujillo Mission at the same time. 

Sister Bedoya (on the far left), was here as a VISA waiter for a few months, while her sister, Hermana Bedoya, (next to Sister Marler) was her trainer.

It was wonderful to see you both!

Christmas Program Practice---we invite everyone Dec. 19-20, 7:00pm Plaza de Armas

We are so excited for our Christmas Program this year.  We have 269 missionaries who will be singing in the Plaza de Armas in Trujillo.

Missionaries from Chimbote, Viru, Casma, Sierra and Casa Grande will perform on 19 December.

Missionaries from Trujillo Zones will perform on 20 December.

7:00pm…invite all of your friends to attend.

 The missionaries love his flair and enthusiasm.

 I don't have time to list evryones names, 

but moms, if you click on the pictures and enlarge them you may find your missionaries.  

 These missionaries at this practice are all from the Trujillo, Casa Grande, and Viru Zones.

We had another wonderful Fireside with the Laureles Stake.  

We were touched by the Spirit as we heard the messages of Christ in song and word.  

 Though we don't have pictures of the program, we do have a few of the practice before, and one special one about our time afterwards, with the Zavaleta Family.

We have been asked what we do for missionaries birthdays.  

For those in the field we send a birthday gift and card, with some sweet snacks 

(too bad we don't send toothbrushes as well).

For those in the office, we have a little dinner,

 we play a game or two,

get back to medical calls, travel arrangements, housing concerns,

organizing interviews and zone conferences,

Proselyte with missionaries, pay bills, send in forms and records to the Church offices,

sort and deliver mail, attend zone and district meetings,

and plan and practice for the Christmas Concert. 

Our office staff is every busy, ever faithful and they miss most of their p-days. 

Serving the missionaries in the Trujillo Mission so their days run smother, and 

their lives are filled with the Spirit.

Introducing: El es La Dádiva,

Beginning with the End in Mind,

Remembering that Obedience is a gift of free agency to the Lord.
