Sister Oldroyd had a great send off with friends, missionaries on their way to Lima and the President
We love you and will miss you,
Sister Oldroyd was one of the first missionaries we met at the MTC. It a great day as we were approached by Elder Boekweg and Elder Cunningham at the MTC. They just walked right up to us and asked if President Marler was the new President of the Trujillo Mission.
We then met with Elder Pearce and his family at the MTC. Sister Pearce is a long time friend of the Marler's.
Later that evening, Elder Boekweg and Elder Cunningham retuned with Sister Oldroyd…our first sister missionary. We will never forget how excited we were to meet them all this day.
