When my brother-in-law, Mike, visited Peru years ago he told me that
Peru had the best ceviche in the world.
I haven't tried it the world over,
but I decided to learn to make it myself Peruvian style.
Thanks to my friend Liliana and the Placencia Family.
We had a day of fish, friendship and frolic.
Kurt caught the "big one" of the day.
We started the day at the fish market, buying fresh fish .
There was fish as far as the eye could see.
We then had a wonderful breakfast of tamales, fried fish, and break.
