It started with the Smith's in October of 2013, our first couple in the Trujillo Mission.
We were then joined by Sister Vaughan and Sister Angell, who work in the office.
Soon after the Padilla's joined us to work in the local Archives, creating microfilm for avid genealogists around the world.
Sister Arana and Sister Moore arrived to work in the Self-sufficiency office.
Then the Fackrell's came almost 1 year ago, with a daughter on a mission in Latvia, they kept up on
mission experiences together. President Fackrell now serves as one of President Marler's counselors.
With the opening of the temple we have the great joy of having the Hartman's, the Nield's, the Haws', the Gomez' and the Guevara's
...and NOW introducing,
Elder and Sister Bentley from Layton, Utah.
We feel so blessed to have these wonderful couples who take time away from their families and jobs to come serve here in the Trujillo North Mission.
They bless our lives, the bless the live of our missionaries, and in their service bless the lives of the people of Peru.
We are thankful for their children and grandchildren (including ours) who support, sustain, pray for, and keep businesses running.
Who sacrifice Grandma and Grandpa being at baptisms, ball games, ordinations, school programs, babies being born and blessed.
We are thankful for FaceTime, Skype and digital picture frames that keep us connected.
Mostly we are thankful to the Lord for sending you to us.
We love you, we welcome you.
If you are reading this and thinking about serving a mission, now is the time, you are needed, you are wanted, you will be loved and appreciated
and the blessings that will come to your family will be immense.
